You have always been so helpful and prompt if Ive needed any assistance and I am thrilled that I am connected with NZs top ISP.

It makes a huge difference just to know that when problems arise, which they inevitably do, I can call the helpdesk and talk to someone who is here in NZ, even better in Wellie, and get the help needed to fix whatevers not doing what it oughta. That alone is a big reason for staying with Actrix as our ISP .

After just under 10 years with Actrix I wouldn't dream of switching to another company even without the surprises you throw in at times!! So often it sounds as if others are offering a better service for less money but usually when you work it out it falls short of what you provide.
