Actrix has been advised by our upstream international network supplier there is some degradation of service. The impact on your internet service to international sites is the response from websites may be slower.
Our upstream international network supplier is working on restoring the service to normal.
As of 11.30am 10 May 2013 our upstream international network provider continues to work on restoring the degraded international service. More updates as they come in.

On April 10 2013 at 11.00pm the Actrix online account service MyActrix will be offline. This is due to scheduled system maintenance. MyActrix will be offline for a duration of 4 hours.

This is a customer support announcement.
Today 25th March between 5pm and 7.30pm Actrix is hosting it network and office opening. All calls during this period to our 0800 support line will be diverted to our after hours call service. Please leave your name, phone number, the nature of your inquiry and Actrix username or account number with them. Actrix will be calling customers back after 7.30pm.
For urgent problems please ask our after hours call service to escalate the fault.

On 14 March 2013 between 10:30am and 11:15am there was a localised CityLink outage in the Wellington CBD specifically the Taranaki Street and Courtenay Place precinct. Actrix Citylink customers will have been impacted by no internet access for this period. Normal service has been restored.

At 9:00pm Monday 4 March international internet access was degraded. The event lasted approximately 30 minutes.
Access to national web sites remained unaffected.

From 7.00am Tuesday 19 February a dial-up access outage occurred. This fault was cleared at approximately 8.00am.
We apologise to our dial-up customers for the inconvenience. Our after hours message service and customer service team received a high call volume that meant some dial up customers experienced a long wait for their call to be answered. We apologise to those customers who had to disconnect their phone call to our customer service desk.

The following is a help-desk service announcement:
On Wednesday 13th February between 5.30pm and 8.00pm calls to our help-desk will be answered by our third party call service. This is due to an event in our building which will disrupt our normal help-desk service. After 8pm we will endeavour to phone back all customers who have left a message. How ever expect some of these call backs may carry over to the morning of Thursday 14th February.

As of 5.30pm Monday 4 February the change and check address function on the Actrix web site has been restored to normal service.
Since Sunday 3 February customers will not have been able to update their address for service through their MyActrix online account. The estimated time for restoration of this function is the afternoon of Monday 4 February.
