If you purchased your modem from Actrix please click here or use the Actrix Modem Setup link on the left for instructions to setup your Actrix modem.

For non-Actrix modems you will need to enter some or all of the following settings to configure your ADSL modem / router to use Actrix CyberJet. The exact settings required will depend on your modem make and model, however we would recommend using the modems Setup Wizard if available and verify the settings below have the correct values.

Username: username@dsl.actrix.co.nz
Password: your normal password

Protocol: PPP over ATM (PPPoA)
Encapsulation: VC-Mux
VPI: 0
VCI: 100
MTU: 1500

The modem should be set to obtain an IP address automatically. If you are unsure about IP addresses or would like a fixed IP address please contact the helpdesk.
