  • To cancel your Actrix services, please ring us on 0800 228 749.
  • For security purposes we'll need to verify your authority on your account.
  • We require 30 days notice as outlined in our terms and conditions:


    General Customer Terms | Your Responsibilities You agree: To give us 30 days' written notice to close the account, or in cases where our wholesale provider requires, then the termination period required is at the end of the following month. (you are responsible for all charges incurred, and anything done with the products and services to which you have subscribed, until the end of that notice period).

    Cancelling Phone Services If you sign-up for a free connection with minimum term or contract period (when available) and cancel within the minimum term a cancellation fee of up to $75 may apply. If you sign-up for a or free transfer with minimum term or contract period (when available), and cancel within the minimum term a cancellation fee of up to $50 may apply. There is a one month minimum billing cycle on all SmartPhone & Line services and 30 days notice is required for cancellation.
